Training of the trainers – Veterinarians Training in Dairy Reproduction, Pakistan

Providing individualized veterinary training is essential to building confidence in young veterinarians in developing countries.  The first step in providing training is to assess the needs of the recipients. Once the topics are determined, an interactive workshop schedule is established that allows for lecture, hands-on activities and discussion.  This helps participants build problem solving skills and become lifelong learners.

Dr. Mushtaq Memon is a Board-Certified Specialist in Veterinary Reproduction and has given workshops in Artificial Insemination, Reproductive Diseases and Reproductive Health to Veterinarians, Veterinary Students and Agricultural Extension Agents in many countries.
