Antibiotic resistance in Badia region, Jordan

The limiting factors to livestock production are malnutrition and disease prevention.  In addition to disease control by vaccination, parasite control becomes critical for animals to gain body weight.  Collection and analysis of fecal samples provide guidance for appropriate use of anti-parasitic products to use.  Appropriate body weight gain of an animal is an important factor for successful breeding outcome, and increase in milk and meat production.
