Dr. Mushtaq Memon is Vice President of Livestock at We-Empower. He is Board Certified Specialist in Veterinary Reproduction, and has travelled to about 25 countries as a consultant or volunteer to provide assistance in livestock management, animal health, education and training, and business and marketing.

He is Professor Emeritus at Washington State University (WSU), and Courtesy Professor at University of Florida (UF).

Dr. Memon received veterinary education in Pakistan, PhD from University of Minnesota, and veterinary clinical residency training at University of Illinois. As a life-long academician, he has taught at Oklahoma State U, Louisiana State U, Tufts U, WSU and UF.

Growing-up as a Boy Scout, Dr. Memon received a message to Serve Humanity, which has become guiding path of his life. Attracted by other organizations with the same mission, he has served in Rotary International, and numerous assignment in Fulbright program; serving as a Fulbright Scholar in Oman, Fulbright Specialist in Pakistan and United Arab Emirates, and promoted the program as Fulbright Ambassador for 4 years.

Dr. Memon has received numerous awards, and is internationally recognized scholar, author of more than 120 publications, and has delivered 150+ presentations at international, regional and local level.
